For obtaining a PSARA License, the prescribed training must be completed as per the applicable rules. Security Guard, Supervisor, Security Officer/Manager, and Owner/Partner training, wherever applicable, should be obtained from a Government-recognized training institute in Gujarat. The Training Certificate is issued solely by the respective recognized training institute upon successful completion of the prescribed training and fulfillment of its requirements.
Every Security Agency has to follow Rules stated in PSARA Act. As per regulation, Before Deployment of Guard on Duty all guard shall complete the Training Program as per Rules. It is Private Security Agency Duty to conduct such training from the training institute or Inhouse training center and Issue Training Certificate for each Guard. Further, Manager of Security Agency must have Partner Training Certificate before application for New Private Security Agency Registration.
